Canvas Stretching - With canvas prints being one of the most popular means of displaying an image, it may not always be an easiest process to complete. It can be a time consuming process and in the end be costly…It doesn’t have to be that way. CHOPS can take your printed canvas and stretch it on either a ¾” (Standard-Stapled on sides or back) or 1 ¾” frame (Gallery- Stapled on back). Whichever way you choose to have your canvas stretched, please allow enough room for the stretching process. We require at least 4” of excess canvas all the way around the image, to allow for the stretching machine to work. If you have a previously stretched or souvenir canvas, we can still stretch it to a new stretcher frame…we will apply a 25% surcharge for stretching by hand.
