PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard, debit, EFT, cash, and cheques are accepted at time of sale. NSF cheques are subject to a $75 service charge. 

Restocking Fee

Custom cut items can not be returned. Equipment will incur a 50% restocking charge.

PICKUPS

Please order in advance and book an appointment once you have been notified that it is ready.

SHIPPING VIA COURIER OR LTL FREIGHT

All orders are FOB London. Orders placed outside of London are shipped via the most economical way at your cost.

Routing instructions should accompany each order; otherwise, the most economical routing will be used.

Lengths shipped via courier have a maximum of 7 feet. Please specify at which point you want wood or metal cut if longer than 7 feet in length.

All freight charges are as charged by the carrier and are included on your invoice.

Please include your payment method at time of ordering.

Damages:

CHOPS will not be liable for loss or damage by carrier.  In the event of damage, all claims must be made with the carrier.
